Local chef Zola Nene teaches Gordon Ramsay about isiZulu cooking
The second season of Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted will start with Gordon Ramsay cooking in South Africa and Zola Nene accompanying him on his culinary adventure in Kwa-Zulu Natal.
Nene and Ramsay cook up a culinary feast for a local isiZulu chief. Their creations include braai'd fish, ushatini (tomato and onion salsa), ujeqe (traditional bread), chakalaka and pap and steak on the braai.
The second season premieres on 26 August at 9pm on National Geographic.
