shnit Worldwide Shortfilmfestival entry deadline is a week away
The entry deadline for the 10th annual shnit Worldwide Shortfilmfestival is fast approaching. South African and African filmmakers may submit their short films until 1 June 2019.
The films must be 40 minutes, including credits, and there are no restrictions on genre, content and language. While South African filmmakers do not have to pay international submission fees, filmmakers from the rest of Africa, not eligible for the Made In South Africa or Made In Egypt categories, are able to mail gro.tinhs.yrtne@acirfa to receive a promo discount code for the international competition.
The short films may be submitted on FilmFreeway. The shnit Worldwide Shortfilmfestival 2019 takes place from 17 to 28 October 2019 in venues in and around Cape Town.
