North West FM submits an application for transfer to Icasa
North West FM has submitted an application transfer of ownership and control of the Individual Commercial Sound Broadcasting Service licence to the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (Icasa).
The application seeks approval from Icasa to transfer ownership and control North West FM's Individual Commercial Sound Broadcasting Service Licence to Motswako Media Group.
North West FM asserts that Motswako Media meets the legislative requirement of a minimum of 30% of equity being held by Historically Disadvantaged Persons (HDP) as required.
