Cannes Lions: 'Stories in 6' to look into 6-second ads
Great Guns director Jonty Toosey will present a specialist film craft workshop, 'Stories in 6', on six-second ads at the 2018 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Data-analysts indicate that 77% of advertisers will produce six-second ads in the next two years.
He will be uncovering six film themes, six basic human emotions, six deadly sins, and six basic plots in the workshops. Toosey will be assisted by FCB Inferno's creative director Becky McOwen-Banks and Do Epic Sh*t's founder and creative Ramzi Moutran.
The workshop will run twice during the festival and will take place on 20 June 2018 at 3pm and 21 June 2018 at 11pm at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France.
