SABC Education SA Innovation Summit in full swing

The SABC Education SA Innovation Summit 2016 commenced yesterday, 21 September, and will run until 24 September.

The opening day's speakers included Sherry Lassiter, head at the Fablab Foundation MIT in the United States, who spoke about the benefit of Fabrication Laboratories, and Puleng Makhoalibe, head of innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship at the Henley Business School, who spoke about her passion for innovation in South Africa.

Delegates were given a choice of one out of five sessions, or Streams, where speakers addressed topics such as innovation entering South Africa, education in innovation and social innovation.
