Celebs try out fibre to the home at MWeb show house
As part of its campaign to encourage South Africans to adopt Fibre to the home (FTTH) for world class internet connection, MWeb created a 'show' house in Johannesburg kitted out with everything from Smart TVs, virtual reality goggles and roaming Star Wars robots, to Grumpy Cat and Emoji art.
The house was powered by Vumatel FTTH infrastructure and fitted with a powerful 1000 Mbps MWeb FTTH connection and some of South Africa's top online influencers were able to test drive FTTH, using their phones and smart devices, including the latest smart technology from LG.
