sponsorshop launches in South Africa, connecting sponsors, events
Matt Fendick has launched the sponsorshop, a free-to-access digital ecosystem that connects sponsors with the individuals, events, organisations and agencies, in South Africa.
The online service streamlines the sponsorship process and minimises administrative hurdles for all parties involved by applying filters to search results and offering automated recommendations on which opportunities are best suited to the sponsors' specified requirements.
The sponsorshop - a first of its kind in South Africa - has been developed to help confront this challenge across the African continent, by allowing sponsorship seekers to display their offerings on a widely accessible platform, with a greater chance of being noticed and connected to potential sponsors than compared to using traditional methods.
