BlackBerry, Good Technology acquisition goes ahead
BlackBerry has completed the acquisition of Good Technology. BlackBerry anticipates the acquisition to be accretive to earnings and cash flow within the first year after closing. It also expects to realise approximately $160m in GAAP revenue from Good in the first year, including the impact of an expected write-down of certain deferred revenue of Good.
