Licence fee forecasts requested by ICASA by 30 April

All broadcasting and electronic communications and network services licensees are requested by ICASA to submit annual forecast of licence fees and the Universal Service and Access Fund (USAF) contributions. They are further required to submit a trial balance, detailed management accounts and reconciliations between the trial balance, management accounts and a calculation of the forecast of the licence fees and USAF contribution by no later than 30 April 2015. Failing this, a defaulting licensee will be deemed non-compliant and the matter may be referred to the Complaints and Compliance Committee for adjudication.
