Fortis Hotels' hearing-impaired initiative

Fortis Hotels has implemented an initiative that will employ hearing-impaired chefs into its kitchens.

The initiative comprises of a training programme that will qualify and then employ trainee chefs that are hearing-impaired.

The hearing-impaired chefs derive from the Trans-Oranje school in Pretoria.
