SA's 2017 South African Literary Awards shortlist

Twenty-eight South African authors and poets have been shortlisted for the 2017 South African Literary Awards shortlist.

The event this year marks the first time the !Xun and !Kun languages have been shortlisted.

The awards is to take place at Kgorong Building, UNISA in Pretoria on 7 November 2017.
