Thato Mahapa joins MDDA board
President Zuma has appointed Thato Mahapa to complete the unexpired term of office of Dan Moyane on the MDDA board. The appointment runs from 19 July to 31 December 2011. He was the licensing officer and manager - compliance until December 2010 at ICASA. He joined TopTV as the senior manager - regulatory affairs in January 2011 and represents the company on the National Association of Broadcaster's executive committee.
