Vasoline to bring us the Nelson Mandela Gateway
Vasoline Cape Town has been appointed to create awareness of the Nelson Mandela Gateway to Robben Island. Situated at Cape Town's Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, the R40m Gateway will be officially launched on December 1 by its namesake, ex-SA President Nelson Mandela. It will open to the public on December 2, and will house an auditorium, a ticket office, conference facilities, a souvenir shop, restaurant and an exhibition. The island draws roughly 1 200 visitors a day.
