The Jupiter Drawing Room announces empowerment deal

MSG Afrika Investment Holdings, a wholly Black-owned investment company owned by Given Mkhari and Simphiwe Mdlalose, has acquired 26% of The Jupiter Drawing Room, effective 01 March 2004. MSG is now the largest single shareholder in the TJDR. Both Mkhari and Mdlalose will serve on TJDR's board. Mkhari will become Vice Chairman of the agency and Mdlalose will become Executive Director focusing on Operational Transformation, including the appointment of additional black directors.
