ASA rulings for week 5
The Advertising Standards Authority of South Africa (ASA) has issued the following rulings for week 5, 3-7 February 2011: Nestle/ Kellogg (appeal is dismissed); Fleet Street Investments/ H Kennedy (voluntary undertaking); Hollard Pet Insurance/ A Kleynhans & Another (voluntary undertaking); and Hoodia Slender Gel/HA Steinman (sanctioned to publish adverse publicity statement).
