Kauai celebrates a delicious decade

This month, Kauai, renowned for their great tasting nutritious food and smoothies in South Africa, is celebrating their tenth year birthday. Guests were invited to join Kauai in celebrating at an exclusive birthday breakfast bash, held at Kauai SRG, Mostert Street, the first Kauai store ever opened in South Africa! 5FM's Kevin Fine broadcast his Rise 'n Fine Breakfast Show live from the store and gave away loads of birthday gifts to Kauai's guests and on-air listeners.

There were a host of celebrity guests including local band Bed on Bricks. Natalie Becker, Louise Carver and Nicky Greenwall rolled up their sleeves and vied for first place in the smoothie making challenge. Kevin even managed to coax the men into the kitchen! Flatstanley lead singer Andrew Mac and comedian Dave Levisohn entertained the guests with their skilled smoothie antics all the while mastering the art of blending.
