End Of Movember Gala Parte
Hosted by Bravado restaurant in Green Point and sponsored by Peroni, residents of the Mother City thoroughly enjoyed Cape Town's 1st official “End Of Movember Gala Parte” on Saturday 28 November 2009.
The evening's revelry raised a total amount of R10 000 which was donated directly to the Cancer Association of South Africa (CANSA)'s Men's Health and awareness campaigns.
Sublime entertainment by DJ Richard Marshall and his sax-seducing sidekick Lee set the scene for this unforgettable community initiative, led by Bravado restaurant owner Brett Saunders in a bid to help raise funds and awareness for prostate and testicular cancer. The good looking if not somewhat hairy crowd enjoyed complimentary beverages by Peroni whilst celebrity guest judges Jeannie D and Ferdinand Rabie selected a Mo Of The Month as well as Cape Town's very own Mr & Miss Movember who won Bravado vouchers and VIP access to the exclusive Movember after-party at Chevelle night club as well as their seats on the Peroni yacht this Summer.
