New management programmes at Milpark

Two executive education programmes for new and middle managers are starting in October.

The New Manager Development Programme: The Essentials focuses on building leadership and management skills, complemented by various functional skills. This programme will help to prepare new leaders to effectively respond to current and future business challenges.

Suitable for: new managers or potential new managers, supervisors and team leaders

Dates: 5-12 November 2012 (6 days)

The Middle Management Development Programme equips middle managers, who wish to develop their managerial abilities, to acquire a wider organisational perspective and to practically implement the strategy objectives of the company.

Suitable for: middle managers working in a functional area with preferably at least three years in a management position

Dates: To be confirmed, early 2013 (10 days, 2 blocks of 5 days)
