Companies gear up for Deloitte survey results
Entries into Deloitte's The Best Company to Work For survey, due to be released on Wednesday 28 September, have exceeded initial projections with a 20% increase on the number of entries last year.
Deloitte's Best Company to Work For team attributes this increase in numbers to the fact that companies are taking workplace issues more seriously. Organisations which did not fare so well have entered again to gauge the impact of their human capital interventions and benchmark themselves against their competitors.
"We have certainly found that our survey has helped to raise the bar of employment practices throughout South Africa. This is indeed something that Deloitte can be proud of," says Deloitte partner Deon Crafford.
