Are you a great boss?

The award is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year and annually pays tribute to our country's finest leaders in the workplace. The Transnet Foundation is the patron of the award and it's organised by the magazine Career Success.
 
Any leader in the workplace - supervisors, head of departments, managers, CEOs, MD's, chairpersons, owners of small businesses, etc. can be nominated for the award with exciting prizes at stake for the recipient, finalists and nominators. The entry form and details of the prizes appear in the magazine Career Success, which can be obtained at CNA branches.
 
The closing date for nominations is 30 July 2004. From the nominations 25 will be selected as semi-finalists. After completing a questionnaire and a telephone interview, six finalists will go through to the next round. These candidates will be judged by a panel of leadership experts on Saturday, 2 October and the winner will be announced at a glamorous banquet lunch at the Sandton Sun Hotel on Friday, 15 October.
 
Once again an emerging leader will also be identified and rewarded by Unisa's  Centre for Business Management with a free course of their choice.
