Vodacom partners with Loeries
Says Andre Beyers, Vodacom CEO: brand name and advertising, “We are delighted to be aligned to The Loerie Awards. In addition to Vodacom’s support during the festival weekend, Vodacom will also partner The Loerie Awards in the association’s new education initiative – The Seven Creative Wonders of the World. Announced for the first time on Monday, 20 March 2007, this is a new competition for young creatives (under 25) and the winners will visit the seven most inspirational creative centres on the planet – ending at the Cannes advertising festival. More details will be released shortly.

This year’s Loeries will take place on 28 and 29 July; entries opened on the 15th of March in South Africa, Africa and the Middle East region. The Loeries rewards creativity across every area of brand communication including television, radio and print advertising, design, architecture, direct marketing, promotions, public relations, non-broadcast video, live events, and digital media.
