As an event project manager at Irvine Partners, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and evaluation of a wide range of events. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure that all aspects of the event are delivered flawlessly and align with the agency's objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Event planning:
• Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with client objectives and communications and marketing strategies.
• Identify and secure suitable venues, catering, and accommodations.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to brand standards.
• Project management:
• Oversee all aspects of the event, from pre-production to post-event evaluation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Monitor progress and address any challenges or issues promptly.
• Client relationship management:
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their specific needs and expectations.
• Proactively communicate event progress and address client concerns.

Post-event evaluation:

• Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed post-event reports and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event project management, with a strong preference for agency experience.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management.

Additional skills (Preferred):

• Experience in event design and theming.
• Certification in event management 
• Understanding of media relations and crisis communication.
