ABCe Conference branding opportunities
In anticipation for the ABCe's first ever Online Conference a limited number of branding opportunities are now up for grabs.
ABCe expects to draw 300 delegates including online media owners, media planners, interactive and traditional agencies, as well as site owners, advertising clients and industry service providers. A list of sponsorship opportunities that you will find economical and effective in reaching the conference audience has been put together in order to promote industry participation.

ADVERTISING PACKAGES
The packages listed are quoted per event and excl. VAT.
1 - Registration Sponsor
Take a personal approach to your sponsorship and have the delegates carry your brand on their nametags through the course of the day. This sponsorship opportunity includes:
R3 000.00
2 - Entrance Sponsor
Reach the conference delegates as they walk in the door - This sponsorship opportunity includes:
R2 500.00
3 - File Sponsor
Enjoy an extended shelf life and have your brand taken back with them to their work environments. All delegates will receive a latex file including ABCe figures, Presentation notes and case studies. Sponsorship of the files includes:
R12 000.00
4 - Conference Room Sponsor
Catch the delegate's eye whilst inside the conference room. Enjoy:
R3 500.00
5 - Pen to Paper Sponsor
Have the delegates write on branded note pads with your branded pens.
R1 500.00
6 - Table Sponsor - **Only available to ABCe's 48 full and associate members**
Three tables will be set up at both venues where sponsors of these tables will be allows to exhibit their products / services and chat to the attending delegates. Table sponsors will be allowed the following:
R3 500.00 per table / venue
7 - Lunch Sponsor
Delegates will be provided with a delicious buffet lunch and sponsorship of this will allow companies to brand the table centres and lunch areas including buffet tables, entrances etc.

EXCLUSIVE SPONSORSHIP
An exclusive event sponsor to enjoy all of the abovementioned branding and event sponsorship at both venues will be considered for the amount of
