Glenrand prepares to brand

Insurance company Glenrand M•I•B has launched a brand-building campaign using print and outdoor media for the first time in their 45 years of service to some of South Africa's top blue-chip companies, including Edcon, SAB, Ellis Park and PG Glass.

Troika's Chief Imagineer, Graham Rothschild, says the campaign aims to reinforce the fact that Glenrand M•I•B's long-standing relationships have been earned through many years of ongoing commitment and the delivery of outstanding service to their clients: "The images used capture the charm of bygone eras, the time when Glenrand first began its relationship with clients that it has retained to the present day. The 'then' visuals are counter-pointed with 'now' copy conveying the value of Glenrand's extensive experience as proven by client relationships."

Marketing director of Glenrand M•I•B, Ian Logan, comments: "We are delighted with the campaign. We wanted to emphasise our association with well-respected companies and, in doing so, entrench our position as a leading provider of insurance broking and employee benefit consulting services in South Africa. We believe that the campaign has achieved this core objective in an engaging and empathetic manner which will reflect well on our brand."

The new billboards will appear at key locations on arterial routes in Gauteng, with further roll-out at airports in Johannesburg and Cape Town expected soon.
