New media planner, buyer for Redgwoods

Intimedia, a new advertising and media consultancy, will be offering tailored media planning and media buying for Redgwoods across its brands: Toys R Us, Babies R Us and Reggie's and online retailers Reggie's Online and Baby and Company Online.

"I believe that our USP made the difference in the pitch process," says MD, Leigh-Anne Varrie. "We are an intimate media consultancy offering a very personal and hands-on service which is hard to find in the larger agencies."

The win is an important one for the agency, which will celebrate its first year in April 2010. Varrie, who was with Primedia Broadcasting before starting the consultancy last year, says the agency is proud to have been awarded this account with its highly recognisable brands.

Redgwoods joins brands such as Piggs Peak Casino, The Golfers Club and Foodstate Vitamins in its growing portfolio.
