Launch Factory produces customer service training video for Teba Bank

Launch Factory, a subsidiary of the Ornico Group, were commissioned to conceptualise and produce a customer service training video for their client Teba Bank called, "Back to Basics". The video was produced in order to effectively educate and train the banking employees at Teba Bank about the do's and don'ts of effective customer service along with how to correctly treat their customers in the future, in accordance to the Teba Bank brand promise.
