Trojan Horse appointed to publicise SA Disabled Golf Open

Cape Town-based communications specialists, Trojan Horse has been appointed to manage the media relations and publicity for the Nedbank SA Disabled Golf Open which takes place at Erinvale 14-17 May.

According to MD Kim Barty, the appointment fits well with their current sports publicity clients as well as having a social investment component.

"This event, along with SADGA’s First Swing Clinics expose the disabled to the world and therapy of golf, and help people with severe disabilities look beyond their perceived limitations," said Barty.

Barty added that there will be an international field and the inspiring stories of many of the participants will assist in maximising publicity from the event.
