FCB Cread wins Indian Ocean Island Games mascot pitch
The 2019 Indian Ocean Island Games (JIOI - Jeux des Iles de l'Océan Indien) appointed FCB Cread to design its mascot. The games take place on different island nations, every four years.
'Krouink', the mascot designed by FCB Cread, is based on the Mauritian Echo Parakeet, one of the nine species of bird endemic to Mauritius. It was named 'Krouink' because it echoes the actual sound made by the parakeet.
