Predictive Communications wins Bytes/Xerox account

Bytes Document Solutions, the sole distributor of Xerox in southern Africa, has appointed Predictive Communications as its public relations consultancy.

Xerox designs, engineers, develops, manufactures, markets and services the widest range of document processing products and services in the industry. In South Africa Xerox is active in four business areas: document services, equipment and related products, technical services, and paper and supplies.

In 2003 Bytes Document Solutions became the authorised Xerox distributor in South Africa. Bytes Document Solutions also manages the Xerox distribution rights in over 20 central, southern and eastern African countries.
