Roland Instruments look to emerging musicians

The Emerging Sounds competition has signed up Roland Musical Instruments as their equipment prize sponsor for this season's renowned battle of the band competition. The international musical company has decided to make equipment to the value of R25 000.00 available to the overall winner of the competition.

Now entering its eighth year, Emerging Sounds is the premier competition for emerging talent in all musical genres to pit themselves against one another. The competition format develops all the necessary skills for a new musical group: technique, marketing, promotions, stage presence and song writing.
