New mining client for Marcus Brewster

Platfields Limited (Platfields), a leading "junior" platinum resource company incorporated in South Africa, has appointed Marcus Brewster Publicity as its agency of record.

Platfields was established during early 2002 by a team of South African venture capital investors in alliance with black empowerment participation, to take advantage of new opportunities for platinum exploration and mining companies expected to arise from the new Minerals Act.

The account will be run out of Brewster's Johannesburg office under national strategic director, Hein Kaiser.
