What you’ll be doing

• Develop, maintain, and enhance C# applications and APIs
• Collaborate with multiple teams to design and implement new features
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Work with SQL databases, integrations, and backend services
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the development team
• Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity, testing, documentation, debugging, and code quality
• Stay current with emerging technologies and modern software engineering trends

What we’re looking for

Minimum requirements

• 3+ years of experience in C# software development
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles
• Experience working with .NET technologies and SQL databases
• Experience building and maintaining APIs and backend services
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Good understanding of software development best practices
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• A growth mindset and willingness to continuously learn

Nice-to-have qualifications

We value practical capability and hands-on experience just as much as formal education.

The following would be advantageous:

• Diploma or degree in computer science, information technology,
• Software development, or related field
• Microsoft certifications or relevant technical certifications
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Exposure to cloud technologies and modern DevOps practices

AI-Assisted development experience

Ideal candidates should have:

• Practical experience using AI tools to support software development workflows
• Experience using AI for debugging, documentation, refactoring, testing, code optimisation, or development acceleration
• The ability to apply critical thinking and engineering judgment when using AI-generated outputs
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement, automation, and smarter delivery practices
