Technical
•Active directory installation & management of all (users & groups) , Create new domain
•DHCP installation & management (Address pool & IP address Reservation)
•IT Help Desk Support, Logging and assigning calls, Assisting and solving with first line issues
•Escalate more complex calls to the relevant IT support member, Assist users telephonically
•Provide Call reports weekly And Follow up on Unresolved calls
•Hardware troubleshooting & Installation, Software installation & upgrades
•Support users in the use of computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice
•Client Server Networking, Domain administration & Work with Active Directory
•Network Administrator: Managing LAN & Client/Server, Network Cabling (LAN)
•Remote desktop connection (Troubleshooting & Installation), Microsoft Net
•Internetworking with proxy, Configuring and troubleshooting TCP/ IP Network
•Printers installation and Network print configuration, Email Configuration & meeting
•Operating system installation and configuration, DNS and Wins configuration
•support
•Citrix installation (SAP, BAS, PERSAL), PAAP & PHARM-ASSIST installation
•Assist with network security including firewall and anti-virus software updates
•IT Asset Audit management & keep record of all assets

Database
•SQL Server 2000 & 2005 installation, Remote Desktop Connection to databases (servers)
•Database Backup and restoring, Database backup schedules creation, All system back up
•Stopping and restarting Microsoft SQL servers, connecting and disconnecting SQL groups
•Manage all tables in the database & assign required system rights to all user accounts
•Create and manage user accounts, Change and reset passwords, Reset & manage Logout accounts
•New SQL server Registration , Check system Stability (servers) using event viewer and Services
