Managing a team of 12 agents tasked with migrating customers from iBurst over to LTE.
- Meeting required Customer SLA's
Call Centre Management systems and staff management
Reporting on staff performance, training, overtime and time sheets
Customer escalations and resolutions
Customer account management including contracts
Providing online response/call-back requests
Sales initiatives including new products and promotions
Managing company VIP's and brand ambassador program
