Show profile Hide profileI have a B.Com Honours and I am working towards obtaining my Masters Degree in Information Systems at the University of Cape Town. I have worked as a Research Associate at SAP for the period of two years and this job has provided me with the opportunity to learn more in the research field. . I was a Junior Business Analyst this position has allowed me to gain more experience in dealing with extensive knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), PRINCE2 Methodology, Computers, people, programmes, technical writing and IT projects. My previous work experiences has prepared me well for a Project Management/Business Analyst/Technical Writing positions as I was involved in developing Training manual documentation, project administration, capturing data and development of templates as some of my duties.. I have also had an extensive academic experience and little of commercial experience with SQL as I have taken it as one of my modules for my B Com (Hons) and have been able to retrieve data and write scripts. I do have some working experience in the Information and Communication Services (ICS) at the University of Western Cape.
