Siviwe started his working career in the construction industry as a contractor in 2002. In 2003 he co-founded a co-operative with 13 other contracting companies, where he served as a board member, and eventually as the Executive Chairman.
He has studied project management at Damelin and at the University of Stellenbosch Business School, currently at NQF level 7, and continues to persue his studies at USB, where he aims to obtain his MBA.
