In 2015 i was in a small enterprise management learnership, Where i gained basic management skills. I was allocated to a internet cafe where i also gained some experience in office administration. In 2017 i started working in an inbound call centre(Merchants Vodacom Business Unit) where i gained experience about the customer service field.
