I am currently employed as a Service Manager in Durban, I have incredible senior management experience in IT Infrastructure, Technical, Print Management, Project Management, Delivery and Escalation Management. One of my core functions will be to meet clients' goals and requirements. As a Service Manager, I controlled capital and operational budgets for all projects worked as mentioned below. My objective is to ensure that business requirements are satisfied with appropriate functionality, processes and systems that are easy to use, of the highest quality implemented on time and within budget. And to function as liaison between the business and the internal or external technology community, including vendor management. I demonstrate the ability to lead, develop local and remote teams of personnel, to ensure the objectives of the business are achieved.
