Ability to work independently and describe complex ideas and processes simply. Able to work largely in the background providing added value to a company with documentation that can be reused. My specialities are user, operations and training manuals, and Visio process flows. Am inspired to find new and better ways of producing documentation that is more useful, usable and relevant to users; often this is by shortening and parsing documentation as users are usually intimidated by long, text-heavy tomes.
