This has been my primary position since I started in IT back in 1999. I am at an intermediate / advanced level.
I am comfortable and enjoy performing Desktop Support duties. Coming to work in the morning, picking up calls that
have been logged, or users calling direct. Resolving the issues with the least amount of inconvenience to the user,
is what I strive to do at all times. Paying attention to customer satisfaction.
If the opportunity presented itself, I would be willing and committed to try a new avenue, like Field Services or Helpdesk.
