I am proficient to structurally analyse business ecosystem and document full range of business concerns,business needs and business requirements to identify and implement improvement solution that optimize business performance and support business strategic decision making.
I strive to deploy skills and knowledge acquired in the field of business analysis and business process management with knowledge of how information management can be applied appropriately in enhancing business and process performance to help organizations attain the highest operating standards in alignment with the strategic goals. My experience in strategic business analysis, operations management and solution development with knowledge of business principles aids me greatly in understanding business practices, analysing process challenges and business requirements to develop new business process and/or re-engineer existing business process to implement effective business solutions.
