Manage project issues and risks (technical and non-technical) through identification, evaluation, tracking, communication and mediation.
Logging JIRA ticket for any test related issue.
Liaison with the relevant stakeholders for the software delivery process and monitor the release management to the customer within the agreed timelines.
Develop and present project documentation with all project stakeholders.
Communicate project scope to the customer/internal partner.
Research and resolve customer-reported issues related to the Postilion suite of products.
Gather data, test and replicate problems.
Answer questions related to configuration and operation by testing, reviewing product code and reviewing documentation.
Consult with and coordinate with other product specific teams to resolve customer issues and questions in a timely manner.
Participate in technical training programs and self-directed learning.
Assist with implementing process improvements.
Good knowledge in EFT Framework, Scrum Master ( Back logs, Sprints etc)
Installation of software in VMware workstation and Virtual Box.
Good knowledge in Networking, Windows Event logs and SQL management Studio.
