I have 2 years experience in IT desktop support and IT systems administration. I can configure troubleshoot users and server computers, I can implement services such as Active directory, DHCP,DNS,ect. I can repair and upgrade user computers aswell as provide authentication,central access and vpn. Im also familiar with a variety of operating systems from client side operating system(win xp,win vista,win 7,win 8,win10) as well as server side operating systems(winserver 2003,2008,2008r2,2012. I can Update systems with the latest software and licensing standards as well as implement anti virus,anti spyware and firewalls. I'm also familiar with basic networking anf subnetting. Given a situation that's beyond my abilities i search for a solution and implement,if i don't find one I usually escalate to the necessary personnel.
