(2) working alongside colleagues to provide research and industry expertise; and (3) reviewing published research to create and write viewpoints on the target industry.
Primary information sources used for producing these high-impact research deliverables include Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Dow Jones Factiva, Bloomberg, Planet Retail, Euromonitor, Datamonitor etc.
Other activities both within the local office and company-wide: (1) Managing projects and teams end-to-end; (2) Mentoring junior staff and assisting in career development programmes; (3) Training new hires on performing research and using information retrieval tools: (4) Marketing and administration activities for the local and global Research Teams (5) Content management; (6) Financial management; and (7) Establishing and managing relationships with vendors.
