I gained over 4 years' experience in Release & Deployment Management specialising in Applications & Infrastructure Development Releases. I currently undertake the planning, monitoring and co- ordination of all aspects of deployments into the various IT environments, (Development, Test and Production environments), ensuring that testing has been completed before starting the release process, ensure that the implementation of emergency changes has been made.
I was involved in big Projects .eg.BR3, BR4&BR5 with Standard Bank.
At Discovery I am currently running the Code Deployments for Offshore Releases, dealing with countries like Australia & Singapore. We are busy with Launches for Hong Kong, Thailand and Philippines coming on board.
I completed ITIL Release, Control and Validate, ITIL Service Offering and Agreements, ITIL Plan, Protect & Optimize, ITIL Foundation V3.
