I am a Testing Analyst (Mobile Testing) at Ratendate (Online Dating). I do manual testing for web based Applications. My responsibilities are identifying and testing business functional requirements, design test cases and test scenarios based on the business specifications. Communicate with Developers and Project Managers and provide estimates for completing test cases and execution.
Responsible in ensuring all test scenarios are covered and tested. Review test scenarios and test cases with the relevant Test Manager, Testers and Developer.
I work closely with Project Managers and Developers to co-ordinate test activities. Ensure that Pre-testing, End to End testing has been completed as required. Ensure test status results are properly documented and tracked and defects are reported clearly. Review test results captured on the bug sheet, and communicate the results with the Developers and Project managers. I am also responsible for testing and reporting any defects users have and communicate the defects with the developers and provide feedback to the users or customer care agents.
