I possess an Information Technology diploma, qualified as a Microsoft certified professional and also has a CCNA qualification

I have 2 years of a solid technical background through maintaining, troubleshooting, building and upgrading computers. Also have 7 years experience working with Point of sale, Routing issues on x25,DHCP , TCP-IP, VPN MPLS and VRRP technologies as well as Wifi Adsl problems in a telecommunications company. This overall experience has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to:-

• Provide excellent client services internally and externally
• Work under pressure
• Complete duties and projects in time
• proactively take initiative to make sure that expectations and requirements are fulfilled within SLA
