I am a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional. I am very level headed have patience and determination that is second to none. I have approximately 10 years' experience in products from PABX, LCR to mobile telecoms and ISP products.
I have a successful track record in New Business Sales and Key Account management. I have closed substantial deals with top corporates in this country, including Discovery Health, The AA, and Outsurance. I am able to negotiate on any level from Admin Staff up to Board level.
Over the past 3 Years i have moved into Sales Management and have had great success. I have managed teams from around 3 up to 15 staff members managing daily activity, HR issues to helping closing business in various different fields. I have experience in performance monitoring and performance agreements. I have built successful sales strategies and implemented them with great success. I believe in having a cohesive, hardworking team that is always motivated and performing at 100%.
I have extremely effective presentation and negotiating skills. I have quite a simple look on sales and sales management. If we are not in front of customers then we are not selling.
