Administration, Coordinating travel for the team, preparing and handling of match summaries and team sheets, taking minutes for management during USSA (University Sports South Africa) meetings, answering phones, putting together training and game schedules. Arrange appointments, performing other administration duties as required. Assist with the registration of players with SAFA. Recruit prospective students for official NWU Vaal teams. Act as the custodian of inter-residence leagues. Plan and implement recreational sport activities to promote a vibrant and active student life.
