For the past fourteen years I have been working in various roles in the IT industry: webmaster, network and systems administrator, service desk manager and most recently service delivery manager.

In my time at Space Age Technologies I have been leading the implementation of fundamental process changes in the way our user support services are delivered to clients.

It is my belief that client satisfaction is the most important measurement in our industry, and that continually improving customer experience is what will set successful companies apart. Remember that your employer is ALSO your client.

I have strong, proven problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills. I have a very strong work ethic and am a highly regarded team player in the companies I have worked for.
